Describe your book in a few sentences. For a story: who’s at its centre, what do they want and what gets in their way? For non-fiction: what does it explore or help the reader do? No full synopsis required.

04 · Who are your readers?

Who do you imagine reading your book? If you’re unsure, tell us about similar books or authors.

These are clues about readership, not a request to copy another cover.

05 · What should the cover make someone feel?

Choose up to three feelings, including your own word if you add one.

With Wrap or Complete, we’ll confirm your KDP paper, ink and binding choices and handle the cover dimensions, spine and bleed. Front includes the ebook/front-cover file only.

Creating a brief sends these answers to our processing provider, OpenAI, to prepare your suggestions. Do not include sensitive personal details or a full manuscript. We retain a brief reference and security/usage records, not a saved copy of your answers or completed brief. Save a copy before leaving.
